Shipping Policy

• Shipping Method
  We send out your order from China in 2 working days after cleared payment, your order will be sent via international recorded air parcel for your peace of mind. We will provide a tracking number shortly after item dispatched so you can track your order on-line.

• Approximate Delivery Time
  It takes 7-14 working days to the UK and most countries in the world. 80% of our customers can receive order in 2 weeks time, however this estimated delivery time might sometimes be longer (up to 24 working days) due to custom inspection, weather conditions or other reasons that are beyond our control.

• Shipping Charge
  
  For Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Japan,  Korea, Mainland China, Russia, UK
  Delivery is Free when you order £40 or more  (£3.99 P&P for order under £40)

For rest of the world, it's £3.99 for one order. (Most of our yoga mats and swiss balls can only be shipped to the 9 countries above)

• Import tax
  Our customers DO NOT need to pay import tax as we mark a low value for the parcel.
  

• Packaging
  Because your order will be sent directly from the factory, it comes in very basic packaging that will be secured with plenty of tape to go through international delivery. This packaging is not very attractive, so if you are buying as a present,it's strongly recomended to have it sent to your address first so that you can gift wrap it!
