We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn item(s) to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. We will replace the item for a different size or colour or issue a refund if preferred.

Customer will pay for the return postage and we will pay for the postage for exchange item to be sent to you. It is advised to send us any goods being returned with a trackable service. When returning goods on which you have received free shipping, this offer will no longer apply if the final amount falls under £40. A £3.99 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

It is important to note that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up or a deodorant as it may leave marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item marked or otherwise damaged in your care as they will be deemed in an unsuitable condition for resale. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

Send unwanted item(s) back with the return form comes with the packet or print out your order confirmation email (if both unavailable, put a note for us with your name, address, contact number and reason for exchange or return) and ship back  to us. please
