What’s Exercise Ball?
Exercise Ball is designed to help you gain strength, flexibility, and tone muscle during workout. Exercise ball is an excellent alternative to a chair for sitting on and is becoming a very popular exercise equipment used by many. Exercise ball is also called ‘Swiss Ball’ as it was originally used in Swiss rehab for back injuries, stroke therapy, and balance training.
Choosing an Exercise Ball
Before you buy a ball, make sure it's the right size for your height.
Our exercise ball comes in 2 sizes
65 cm exercise ball suits height 5'5" - 5'11"
75 cm exercise ball suits height 6'0" - 6' 7"
Our Anti-Burst Exercise Ball hold up to 200kg.
(*Anti-Burst means that should the ball ever burst, it will deflate very slowly to avoid any risk of injury).
What’s Included
Our Anti-Burst exercise ball come with a FREE PUMP, allowing you to inflate the ball easily in your own home. You can also use an air compressor from a garage or any other foot or hand pump. Using an air compressor is the quickest way to inflate the ball and normally fills the ball to be very firm which is best for usage.
How To Use Your Exercise Ball
Exercise balls challenge by putting your body in an unstable environment. When you lie on the ball, your legs and abs immediately contract to keep you from falling off. Add an exercise to that (like a chest press or a crunch), and you've just increased the intensity of the movement.
Exercise ball is versatile enough to use for just about anything, including:
• Weight training. Use the stability ball as your new 'weight bench' to add difficulty to the movements and incorporate the muscles of your legs, butt and abs.
• Abdominal training. Doing crunches, twists and other traditional exercises on the ball adds difficulty to the movement by recruiting more muscles.
• Sitting around. Just sitting on an exercise ball can be a challenge and it's a great way to improve your posture when sitting in front of a computer or watching television. Practice by sitting on it and raising one foot off the ground and balancing.
• Flexibility, Yoga and Pilates exercises. The ball is great for stretching and relaxing.
• Playing around. It's a workout tool but it's also a ball. Your kids will love playing with it.
Due to the size and weight, this item can only be ship to below 9 countries: UK/France/Australia/Canada/Japan/Korea/Russia/Czech Republic/Mainland China.
